Pumpkin crunch cake soap homemade by cold process.
Welcome Fall with the lather of a cute Fall Soap that may draw you to make a tasty pumpkin dessert.
This soap has more of a nutty cinnamon aroma rather than being strong on pumpkin but it is a nice Fall scent.
The soap is not overly scented and scented at the max rate for the IFRA per pound of oils.
Mild scent:
🧼The cold process soap method alters the scent of the fragrance to some degree. The scent is mild and does not seem to leave any scent on my hands

The melt and pour soaps linked here may retain scent a little stronger as the saponification has already completed when I add the fragrance oils.
The benefit of the cold process soap is that it does not have the glycerin dew issues of the melt and pour.
This cold process bar also has a much richer lather right away whereas the melt and pour bars take a little more effort to achieve the fluffy lather. I love using both soaps!

Pumpkin Crunch Cake Soap
Ingredients:
Coconut oil, rice bran oil, sunflower oil, palm oil, camelina oil, castor oil, avocado oil, cocoa butter, distilled water, mica colorants,, apricot kernel oil, sodium lactate, sodium hydroxide (lye), fragrance. Colorants: Mica, Titanium Dioxide (77891), Iron Oxide (77491), tin oxide.

Colors:
This soap has 3 layers which have dark brick brown, muted tan, and pale orange brown on the top layer. The soaps may continue to darken in color over time.
Lather:
I designed this recipe in soap calc to be extra bubbly with a good lather. I love to use this soap for the easy lather it makes. The lather has a tinge of color from the dark micas used.
Protect your counter top and use dark washcloth. This soap can stain due to dark mics colorant used.

It did not leave my hands scented but the bar itself has a mild cinnamon, nutty scent.
