Refund policy

1. All Sales Final (Personal Care, Stationery & Gift Sets)

Due to the handmade, hygienic, and delicate nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges on the following once they have been shipped:

Apothecary: Soaps, perfumes, body butters, lip balms, or candles.

Stationery: All paper goods, cards, and stationery items.

Spa Gift Boxes: To ensure the safety and sanitation of all components, all gift box sales are final.

Why? This ensures that every item you receive is fresh, sanitary, and has never been handled or damaged by another customer.

2. Hand-Sewn Textiles (Individual Items)

For individual handcrafted sewn items (purchased outside of a gift set), we offer a 14-day return window from the date of delivery.

Condition: Items must be in their original, unused, and unwashed condition.

Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. 

We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Process: Email info@perovskiarose.com to initiate a textile return. Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days of receipt.

3. Our Damages & Issues Guarantee (Applies to ALL Items)

If any part of your order—including stationery and gift boxes—arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will resolve it immediately at no cost to you.

How to Report an Issue:

  1. Contact: Email us at info@perovskiarose.com within 7 days of delivery.

  2. Proof: Include your order number and a photo of the damaged item/box.

  3. Resolution: We will send a free replacement or issue a full refund to your original payment method. For damaged stationery or soap, you do not need to mail the items back.

4. Lost Packages & Exceptions

Lost Packages: Please contact your local post office first if tracking shows "Delivered" but the item is missing. Reach out to us after 24 hours if it is still missing.

Sale Items & Gift Cards: These items are final sale and not eligible for return.
